报告摘要In this talk, we focus on ground states of attractive Bose-Einstein condensates in a rotational trap. The existence and nonexistence of ground states are classified in terms of the rotational velocity of the trap and as well the strengthen of attractive interactions. We then discuss the local uniqueness of ground states, no matter whether the trapping potential V(x) is radially symmetric or not. 

 

个人简介:

    郭玉劲,教授、博士生导师,华中师范大学数学与统计学学院副院长,湖北省暨武汉市工业与应用数学会副理事长。主要研究非线性泛函分析中的变分理论及其在非线性偏微分方程、数学物理等领域的应用等,先后承担国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”项目、重点项目和科技部国家重点研发项目等研究工作。在微机电系统MEMS方程、质量临界约束变分理论、量子多体系统的涡旋现象等方面做出过一系列科研成果,研究成果发表在Comm. Pure Appl. Math.Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal.Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.Ann. Inst. H. Poincaré Anal. Non LinéaireProc. Royal Soc. London Ser. ASIAM J. Math. Anal.NonlinearityJ. Funct.
